Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Washington
my broters estate
My brother passed away may 3rd. he has no wife or kids my father is in a home after a stroke. My fathers wife is not stable. My brother has little stuff but what i wanna know who is responsible for my brothers stuff my older sister of my dads wife?

Neither is responsible unless they are also on the title or have some contractual responsibility.
