Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Washington

My dad died June 2009 and I am mentioned in the trust. How do I get a copy of the trust? His g'daughter is an attorney and is the executress of it. And also President of the Inc. Is that legal?

Ask the granddaughter for a copy of your father's Trust Agreement and his Last Will and Testament. If she will not give them to you, you may need a lawyer to obtain copies from her for you.
