Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Washington

Division of assets-grown and minor children

I have 4 grown children from first marriage, two adopted infants in second marriage. If both wife and I die, infants would need support, but would like to leave something to grown children, all of whom are independent, but some are better off than others. What is typically done in this kind of situation to be fair to all?

Thanks.

Re: Division of assets-grown and minor children

This is not a legal question. You have to decide what is fair after you take care what you are obligated to address (care of minor children).
