entitled to retirement funds?

My ex husband passed away 6 days ago. We were married for 26 years and have been divorced for 3 1/2 years. We have both remarried. Am I entitled to all or part of his retirement since we were married for so long?

The short answer is probably not. Your Divorce Decree should spell out who got what from your marriage, including retirement accounts. However, if he has you listed by name on the retirement account you could have a claim. Odds are that he would have changed that if he is since remarried.
