Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Washington

Estate distibution

It will be @least 3-more years before my mother-in-law's estate has been finalized. If my husband should die before the estate is final, am I intitled to his share? My husband is one of three siblings. He also has a son from a prior marriage.

Re: Estate distibution

The answer is no, you are not entitled to "his share" whatever that may be. You are however, entitled to your share of your husband's estate (which will include his share of his mother's estate).
