me and my exboyfriend own property together, he stayed and i moved, he trys to keep me off the propery and his girl friend at the time lock me out of the house, he abuse me at that time. What can i do about another girl on property? and how to get him off the property to sale it? can i make the girl pay me rent sense i own have of i?
