Executors

Parent changed will to read c. or sister. Key word OR....How does this work? Sister talked parent into this change. Originally I was executor. Now what to do?

Your question is incomplete. Does the will provide a choice of executors? If so, and the executors can't agree, a court would have to make that determination or name joint executors (personal representatives).

If the will was properly amended with the necessary formalities, there is nothing you can do. It is not your will and it doesn't speak until after your parent is no more.

If the will was not updated properly then it wasn't updated at all.

But there is no basis for action on your part.
