When a will has been admitted to probate regardless of who the executor is, an "interested party" can contest the will as long as it is within four months of the will being admitted to probate. There are a few exceptions to the 4 month timeline. If you believe your deceased family member did not execute that will or was influenced to execute it, you should contact a probate litigation attorney. We regulalry handle matters like that if you need further assistance.
