My father passed away he left several heirs. My sister being one. Her share is %30 to her the rest to her son. If she was left part of his life insurance does 2/3 go to her son?

The beneficiary designation which is part of the life insurance contract governs the recipient of life insurance proceeds. You will need to read that to determine who was designated by your father.
