How do I find out if a will exists, and if so, acquire a copy from the state of Washington?

The answer to your question depends on several factors: You have not said whether the person (testator) is dead. You have not said whether you think the will is filed in a registry, you have not said whether the estate is being probated, you have not said what your relationship is the person.
