forgery

if someone forged a will is there a statue of limitations?

I'd need to know more to answer this effectively. Also, how exactly can you prove the will was forged? What do you mean by forged? Do you mean the maker did not sign it? Can you contact the witnesses and ask why they signed it if it wasn't signed by the maker? What about the notary who acknowleged it?

Are you suggesting that four people conspired to perjure themselves in writing?

That's a fairly huge statement. That's why I'd need more information.
