Wills are public documents and are filed with the Court. You can ask the clerk to help you find it.

Generally, it can take a little while for people to get through the grieving process and then deal with the estate. Generally, the petition for probate includes the names and addresses of the persons who are entitled to notice of the proceedings, and the documents are mailed to you. Most attorneys will attach a copy of the will so you can review it.
