Interpret please
I confirm to my wife my interest in our comm. prop., & I give her any comm. prop. interest I have ub any IRA ir qualified retirement plan acct. in her name or any life ins. on her life. I intend by this will to dispose of all my separate prop. & 1/2 interest in our comm. prop. 5th:I make following disposition of my tangible personal prop.: 1. Except as otherwise specifically disposed in my handwriting or signed by me which I have or will be preparing & keeping with this will, I give pursuant to RCW 11.12.260, I give all of my interest in any jewelry, household furnishings, personal autos, boats & other tangible articles of personal nature to my wife if she survives me for 30 days, otherwise to my children in equal shares as they may agree or as my personal representative shall determine if my children do not agree. 6th:I give my wife all my interest in my home free and clear...... Then I direct personal rep. to divide residue of estate into 2 shares, designated as Trusts A & B, described as : Trust A consists of cash &/or prop. having an aggregate fair market value on date of distribution= to my then remaining GSTtax exemption, if any,...as of this date, I have not elected to use any of my exemption. Trust B=remainder of estate.

No attorney in their right mind is going to interpret THAT! You're providing excerpts from a will without any form of background information. I suggest you consult with an estate planning attorney for 30 minutes.
