Reciprocal Wills are not valid in Washington State. Not sure what you mean by "jointly" held. Joint with right of survivorship? As husband and wife? Tenancy in Common? With property in two states you want to minimize probate. I suggest you consult with an attorney and perhaps even consider a revocable living trust for some or all of your property.
