Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Washington
I lease a condo and the landlord put the house up for sale, I have at least 6 more months on lease. He put a key box on the door and said that he will inform me 24 hours before the showings. I think that key box is a security risk.
Do I have rights?

What does your lease agreement say about landlord access for showing the unit? Particularly, notice you have to receive, his access if you are not there, if he can use a lockbox, etc. If he just hands out keys to the lockbox, that certainly poses a risk. If the realtors show it, they are supposed to leave a business card and they are bonded. If you have a loss, you need to be able to prove the existence of your loss and its value with photos, receipts, etc. You could have several issues, not all of which of which you spell out in detail.
