Is a lease still valid after death of signer of the lease agreement?

The estate of the deceased would continue in relationship to the lease, either as an asset or liability. The estate, through the administrator or the executor-personal representative, has all the remedies relating to enforcing the lease that the deceased had when he/she was alive.
