Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Washington
My Mother just passed away and left me as her personal representative, she has left her home to the two youngest sons 50/50. How do they inherit it legally? What do I do? The home had a home equity loan and association dues on it soon.

You need to file the will with the court and start probate. A lot of personal representatives hire lawyers to advise them as they administer an estate. The personal representative's attorneys fees can be paid by the estate. You may be best served to contact a probate attorney to assist you as you serve in the fiduciary role of personal representative.
