Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Washington

my parents died. and my sister has filed to take power of attorney. i am a step child but my parents wanted me to have the last word... no will, also sister is an addict.. meth.

There are a lot of questions that are not addressed by your statement. Based upon what you have written, I cannot tell what exactly it is that you want and even if I could tell that (and I can read between the lines), you have not provided enough information to evaluate whether what I think you want is legally possible.
