Power of Attorney

Can I print up powers of attorneys for my husband and myself and have them notarized and will they be legal?

If they would otherwise be valid powers of attorney, yes.

What Mr. Steuart is getting at is that it depends on the content of the document. Yes, they need to be notarized but do not need to be witnessed. But without seeing the document an attorney cannot comment on the effectiveness of the instrument.
