Probate:

Is a person that is not the Executor of the will responsible for any charges before the probate final?

Re: Probate:

The estate is responsible for the bills; that's why it is so critical that the estate be solvent.

The executor is not responsible for the debts of the estate, and other persons are also not responsible for the debts of the estate.
