How do I transfer a house into my name after the death of my Mother. She left a living trust document with myself listed as Trustee when she died.

In a word -- lawyer. Have an attorney assist you. Transferring property is a big deal and a mess to fix if done incorrectly. In a nutshell, you'll use a Trustee's Deed, Quitclaim Deed or Statutory Warranty Deed, depending on the way the property was transferred into the trust. You'll also need an Excise Tax Affidavit even though no excise tax should be due.
