We have a living trust made out when we lived in arizona. we have since moved to the state of washington. so we need to know what we need to do to change the trust in washington?

I agree with Mr. Steuart's answers: Both that the trust is likely still valid AND that it would be a good idea to have your estate plan reviewed nonetheless. Arizona also may have different state estate tax laws. In addition, your other estate planning documents may need revisions -- health care power of attorney and/or Living Will.

You may want to get it reviewed, but in all probability you don't need to do anything. In general documents prepared that conformed to the laws of the state of residence of the person and the state in which they were prepared at the time of their preparation continue to be valid without regard to what state the person may now reside.
