Property dispute

How can I get my truck from my cousin who had custody of me (but no longer does) and became represenative of my uncle's will when he past away in August, and the truck is in my cousins name since I'm not old enough to have it in mine and it was in my uncle's name before he died?

If he will not voluntarily give it to you, you can sue for either the return of the property or for the value of the property. You would have to prove to a preponderance of the evidence that the vehicle is yours.
