Requirements of trust not fulfilled

I am the beneficiary of a trust. I recently learned the attorneys who administer the trust have not met in 5 years. This is a requirement of the trust. Also, one of the atty's resigned as a trustee, and no replacement was ever named to replace her, as the trust requires. Do I have an actionable claim, as not meeting those requirements may have cost me money? Thank you

Yes, you may have a claim. Get a lawyer and have them review the trust docs to tell you for sure.
