Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Washington
I am told that the correct legal route to obtain a Certified original and copies of a notarized Durable Power of Attorney, that will not include real estate issues, is through the King County Recorder's Office. Is this correct?

If the original was filed (recorded), it should be there. Many times, powers of appointment are never filed (or recorded).
