Trust
My mothers house in a trust. My cousin is the trustee. I am poa for my mom because she has dementia. We are going to sell the house. Who signs the listing, me of my cousin?

Without either the POA or Trust in front of me. My answer is based on general principles, but subject to change based on the details. I'd say the Trustee would sign the listing because the Trust is the legal owner of the property.
