What happens to a will if the estate has not gone through probate and the primary beneficiary dies before probate has been recorded?

I'm not sure of your question. Typically a will is admitted to probate. If you are asking what happens to the gift to a beneficiary in the will who dies before probate is completed, that depends upon what the will says. Sometimes a will says if a beneficiary doesn't survive for X number of days then nothing goes to that person's estate; other times it will go to their children, for example.
