can a will be legal if not signed

my aunt died four or five years ago me and my stayed with her and took care of her, now we are trying to get her will thur probate but now we find she did not sign it.

An unsigned will will not be admitted to probate in Washington, and thus will not be recognized by the courts. There may be other ways to achieve recognition for your anunt's wishes, depending on the circumstances. More facts are needed in order to make a determination.

If it is a typed will, it must be signed and witnessed by 2 people.
