Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Washington

Last Will, POA

I have a Gentalman 88 yre of age, failing health, From Ireland, has all his affairs in order since a few year's back.

I'm his POA and am trying to respect his wishes of returning to Ireland..... My question is..Are his legal document's that were drawn up here in the US Legal and respected overseas? Or is there something else I should or need to do to insure that his wishes are carried out as he intended?

I thank you for your time.

Re: Last Will, POA

Generally yes, but on specifics the answer is not so clear. You need to set this question up to check against Irish and EU law from an Irish solicitor. A problem you may run into using this site for your question is, that you may need answers to questions relating to the application of specific provisions of documents to very specific circumstances, and you this is not the place to get that level of service.
