Will terms vs Joint Tenants in Land
If will specifies share of Land held as Joint Tenants is to go to someone other than the other Joint Tenant, which takes presidence, Will or Jt tenant deed of trust?

Well, it depends. I - or any other lawyer - would need to look at the documents first-hand in order to give you an appropriate answer to your question.
There is a conveyance called a Joint Tenancy with Right of Survivorship. If the joint tenant all ready has a deed (which is not the same as a deed of trust) then the other share would go to the survivors of the other tenant.
