What does the following mean: �My Executors shall serve as such without bond and without the intervention of any court or courts except as mat be required under the laws of the State of Washington in the case of nonintervention wills. My Executors shall have full power to sell, convey, encumber, lease, exchange or otherwise deal with any or all assets of my estate, real or personal, without notice or confirmation, at such price and on such terms as to the Executors may seem appropriate; to lend money and to borrow money, secured or unsecured, from any source, including from the Executors; to mortage or pledge estate property; to select any part of the estate in satisfaction of any partition or distribution hereunder, in kind, in money, or both; and to make distributions to custodians of the Executors� selection under the Washington Uniform Transfers to Minors Act. Such powers may be exercised whether or not necessary for the administration of my estate.�

It means that the Testator wanted the Executor to have a broad range of powers not subject to regular court intervention.
