Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Washington
Will's
I just finished going through a divorce. Would like to do a new will As soon as possible, as I am getting ready to moving out of the state. Is there any way of doing this without a Lawyer?? Can't afford one at this point. Thanks

Re: Will's
If your situation is relatively simple and the will is not going to be complicated, you can use one of the will software packages. If your situation is complex, you should seriously consider having an attorney assist you with your will.

My experience with lawyer in a box software is that a program cannot compete with a consult, and cannot ensure that the plan is correctly executed.
