Do i need a lawer to fill out a will for myself and my spouce we only have one child and there is one one that will fight it he will get everything

Your question is unclear. No, you never NEED a lawyer for anything. It would be PRUDENT to use a lawyer if you don't know what you are doing and could make things worse if you don't do the research. If you are saying that a child may fight if he/she doesn't get what they want then you want to make sure the will is valid. I really need to know more. It doesn't cost much to get a consultation with an attorney, especially if you are dealing with a significant estate. By significant I mean a house of some value or other liquid or personal property of value. If you own a house in the 98115 area code then you have an estate of significant value.
