Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Washington
I was wondering....If I inherited a house and I am married. Is that considered marital property and can my husband be considered responsible for any estate issues ? He was not listed as a beneficiary in the will.

Inherited property is your separate property, not community. But, beware of commingling!
