l&i caims
i had neck injury at work 2 surgerys and fusion 1 year later i went back to work 7 days drill dropped on head. suffered tbi hyfemia,nerve damage they want to close first case with no award and put everything on 2nd claim. does this sound right

It does not sound right. There is nothing that says you cannot have two claims at the same time. My concern is that they may prefer to ignore restrictions from first claim when looking into return to work options. It may work against you in other ways as well. A more complete answer can be made knowing more facts. DO NOT LET THEM CLOSE THE CLAIM. If they do be sure to protest right away! Your instinct to get a lawyer to look into this is good. Follow up on that.
