Legal Question in Workers Comp in Washington
revoked workers compensation benefit
A state worker has admitted to lying and falsifying a benefit application for workers compensation. The state is now revoking the benefit. What legal principals can I hold the state to? One example, the state employee is an agent of the state who is appointed to act for the state. Therefore the state should be bound by the agents actions. Any other suggestons?

Interesting, but I need more info, like who are you, the state worker? An injured worker that the state worker lied about? Are you the employer? You may contact me by phone at 360-698-9393.
