Legal Question in Banking Law in West Virginia
Situation: I have a checking and savings account with a bank. I also have a vehicle loan and mortgage with this same bank.
Question: Can the bank officers in the mortgage lending department and the vehicle loan department of this bank routinely access activity on my checking and savings accounts without my knowledge or permission and without any type of legal proceeding? I know that other creditors cannot do that.

A bank has the right to access and see its clients account and in case you owe a loan, they can have an eye on that. It is not illegal.
