Legal Question in Bankruptcy in West Virginia
I am divorced and being sued by my credit card company. The card is in my name but was declared marital debt by divorce judge. I have filed 3rd party complaint against ex-husband but his answer isn't due until 3-21 but my daughter & I are moving out of state 4-1. I feel bankruptcy is my only answer. Do I have to claim total amount of marital debt in Chapter 7 or only half?
