Legal Question in Bankruptcy in West Virginia
Filing Bankruptcy with a seperated spouse
I am going to be filing bankruptcy with my current husband however we have been seperated for 3 years an we have filed our taxes seperate for the last 3 years can we still file bankruptcy together even though he we live in different home with different addresses and with us filing seperate tax returns? we have no legal seperation we have been living apart seperatley voluntarily on our own. Is this legal and if so can we file with being seperated?
