Legal Question in Bankruptcy in West Virginia

Foreclosure sale under bankruptcy

If my home is foreclosed upon and sold by the bank, what does entitlement to the premises immediately mean? And does this also mean my possessions in the home are included? Thank you.

Immediate entitlement to the premises

Means that the bank has an immediate right to take possession of the real estate - the land and any buildings and everything that is nailed down. Your personal property in the house is NOT included. If you have not moved out of the house, you can expect a rent bill from the landlord as well as an eviction action if the foreclosure did not also include an eviction order.
