Legal Question in Bankruptcy in West Virginia

I was served a writ of execution on my property stating they can come in and seize any of mt property and sell it. Is this true, can they seize my personal property and sell it?

San Diego Bankruptcy Attorney No. State law give you certain exemptions in property. You may need to go into court where the judgment was entered and assert your exemptions. Consult with a West Virginia attorney, perhaps legal aid.
