Legal Question in Business Law in West Virginia
(hypothetical situation for an engineering class)
I have been asked by a developer to make a proposal and outline specifics before we begin working together. After they did not respond for about three weeks- they had instead used my proposal to get a better deal from my competitor. Would I be able to sue?
