Legal Question in Constitutional Law in West Virginia
The city where I work is getting ready to pass a occupational tax of 1%. I do not live there, I only work there. So I am going to be taxed by people I can not vote for. This sounds like taxation without representaion to me. What do you think? This is in Huntington WV.

You have representation in your own city but chose to work in another jurisdiction. That choice does not exempt you from the other city's rules.
