Legal Question in Consumer Law in West Virginia
Vehicle purchase
Three days ago I purchased a truck under the assumption that it was a 2007 vehicle. Upon contacting my insurance company, I noticed that the registration card said 2006. Was there some kind of misrepresentation? The vehicle only had 140 miles on it, but the point is I thought that I was buying something brand new which is what I stated when I contacted the car lot.
