Collecting $$ From Member of Group

1. Held a Mini-vention, charging 92 people $150

2. Chairperson collected, deposited in her acct.

3. Event over, bills paid...& she refuses to account

4. All members know that the total cleared was in

excess of $4,000

5. How do we collect this $$ for our group?

Have an Attorney issue a Demand for Accounting letter.

Failure to respond may result in civil (and perhaps Criminal) liability.
