Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in West Virginia

difference between receipt for collateral forms

As I was looking through your ''Receipt for Collateral'' form samples, it seems that all 3, all states, Virginia & West Virginia forms are the same. What, if any, are the differences? I would not want to buy the same blank form if I can help it.

I am in Virginia attempting to set up a customer in West Virginia on a payment plan with collateral, would I use the Virginia or West Viringia form? Would this form suffice or do you have a better suggestion?

Thanks, Monica

Re: difference between receipt for collateral forms

Either form(whether Virginia or West Virginia) should suffice quite nicely for your not very complicated purpose.
