harassing phone calls
citigroup is calling me from 2 to 27 times a day asking for a deaf neighbor. How can i make them stop? The debt is not mine. I have told them she is deaf, and that is falling on citigroups deaf ears. Thank you very much.

Your deaf neighbor should email me immediately for assistance in asserting her rights under the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
