some of said purchase and service was of sexual content. Guardian is elderly has no knowledge of computers or the law in this matter.purchase exceded $1500.00.

A person under the age of 18 is not capable of entering into a contract over the internet for sexual services. A parent or guardian is not responsible for the debt of anyone, including his or her ward unless there is a promise to do so in writing by the parent. There are exceptions to this rule which include essential services such as food and clothing as well as responsibility for damages done intentionally by the child.
