Is there any way to avoid paying for the remaining cost after a private sale of a car after it was reposessed?We were coeced into buying a car at a high interest rate loan that we couldn't afford and after struggling to attempt to make payments the vehicle was sold at a private auction and the amount that we were told that was left for us to pay was well above the value of a new car of that particular model.We couldn't afford to make the car payment and they want us to continue paying at a similar amount for property we no longer have
