Legal Question in Criminal Law in West Virginia

community hours

West virginia gave me 200 community hours while i was a resident of that state. I moved to virginia and want to know if wva has to let me do the community hours in virginia if I want to?

Only if your West Virginia Probation Office first gives you permission to complete your probation in Virginia. (They must transfer the probation to the Commonwealth.)
